Nosotros

¿Quiénes somos?

Somos una asociación gremial de carácter regional sin ánimo de lucro, que cumple 65 años trabajando por el desarrollo de la cadena de valor de la construcción en el Valle del Cauca.

Líneas de trabajo

Orientamos nuestra gestión sobre cinco líneas estratégicas:

  • Articulación de actores

    Somos los representantes e interlocutores de las empresas que forman parte de la cadena de valor de la construcción en el Valle del Cauca y generamos articulación que diferentes instancias tanto del sector público como del privado.

  • Gestión de suelo

    Promovemos la gestión oportuna de suelo urbanizable para el desarrollo ordenado del territorio, bajo la premisa de fortalecer el acceso a la vivienda formal, impulsar la promoción de proyectos de construcción con seguridad jurídica, contribuir con la construcción de ciudades de calidad e incrementar la productividad de toda la cadena de valor.

  • Acción gremial

    Como representantes del sector de la construcción, desarrollamos estrategias e iniciativas que fortalezcan el crecimiento, competitividad y productividad de las empresas afiliadas. De esta manera participamos en escenarios municipales, regionales y nacionales con aportes técnicos en torno a temas de impacto para el sector, desarrollamos comités sectoriales, realizamos ferias, eventos y capacitaciones, y mantenemos una comunicación oportuna y permanente con nuestros públicos de interés.

  • Responsabilidad Social y Ambiental

    Trabajamos por la sostenibilidad ambiental y desarrollamos programas de responsabilidad social que promueven el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de trabajadores del sector constructor.

  • Competitividad y globalización

    Generamos información oportuna y confiable que fomente el mejoramiento de la competitividad de las empresas de la cadena de valor de la construcción en un entorno globalizado.

Representamos los intereses de los afiliados y de la cadena de valor de la construcción en el Valle del Cauca, fomentando su desarrollo, en el marco de la responsabilidad social integral.

Consolidarnos como el gremio que lidera la cadena de valor de la construcción en el Valle del Cauca en un entorno globalizado.

¿Qué hacemos?

Actuamos ante las diferentes ramas del Estado en procura de obtener las normas más convenientes para la industria de la construcción y sus afiliados.
Aunamos esfuerzos para trabajar y adelantar actividades conjuntas con entidades, que se ocupen de asuntos económicos o sociales relacionados con la industria de la construcción y servicios en beneficio de la comunidad.
Estimulamos las iniciativas que tiendan a mejorar la formación técnica, profesional, eficiencia, seguridad social, ingreso económico y condiciones laborales del trabajador vinculado a la actividad constructora.
Fomentamos el desarrollo económico y tecnológico de la industria de la construcción y de las personas naturales o jurídicas que en ella se ocupen directa o indirectamente.
Organizamos Ferias y Eventos relacionados con el Sector para generar dinamismo en el mercado.
Realizamos el análisis económico de las políticas públicas y demás variables que inciden sobre la actividad constructora.
Actuamos con visión prospectiva en la formulación de políticas, iniciativas legislativas y promoción social en temas prioritarios para el sector.
